The 8 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms comprise four (4) adjacent units in a converted and remodeled Victorian mansion, originally built in 1899. The four (4) units accommodate up to 16 guests! It is at a historic location and features a new kitchen, new hardwood floors, new bathrooms, new baseboards, new window coverings, and fresh paint. Each unit includes a washer/dryer, as well as premium cable channels (HBO/Showtime/Starz/Cinemax/TMC ).
Of the listed amenities, units 1 & 2 have air conditioning and dishwashers; units 3 & 4 do not. Please request to see the individual unit listings for a full breakdown of each unit's amenities; we will happily send links.
DOGS OK WITH FEE
1 small dog (under 30lbs) may stay up to 1 week with a $150 pet fee which will be added to your charges when you indicate you are bringing a dog. $50 per week pet rent after 1 week. For more or larger dogs, please inquire. Dogs are not allowed in beds or on furniture. Guests responsible for cleaning up/removing all dog waste, and all damages caused by dog. Let us know when booking if you will be bringing a dog.
These units are part of a large converted Victorian that contains a total of four units, each with separate and private, outdoor entrance.

ACCESS
The units are all equipped with a keyless combination lock for easy access. For added security, the code changes after every guest.
KITCHENS
The kitchens should be amply equipped to comfortably cook and serve guests up to the maximum occupancy at the home. We provide an initial supply of coffee, tea, creamer, sugar, salt/pepper, cooking oil, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher pods (if applicable), trash bags, sponges and paper towels.
BATHROOMS
There should be enough clean towel sets (bath & hand towels, wash cloths) for every guest up to the maximum occupancy at the home. We also provide an initial supply of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and toilet paper. There should be at least one hair dryer in one of the bathrooms.
LAUNDRY
A washer and dryer are available in each unit for guest use, along with an initial supply of laundry detergent and liquid bleach.
PARKING
There are 3 assigned parking spaces for guests who book all 4 units. Guests may also park on the street, but should take note of any posted parking restrictions.
ENTERTAINMENT
Units 1, 2 and 3 are equipped with hi-speed WiFi, an HD TV, and premium cable channels. Unit 4 has an HD Smart TV through which guests may use their own streaming services accounts.
HEATING/COOLING
Units 1 and 2 are equipped with heat and AC. Units 3 and 4 have heat, but do not have AC. Fans are provided in warmer months to assist with cooling, along with tips in the Renter's Guide.
EXTRA SERVICES/OPTIONS
Pack-N-Play (PNP) available upon request with 3 business days notice. IMPORTANT: Guests should bring their own bedding for the PNP.

AGREEMENT ADDENDUM: The following serves as an addendum to the reservation and rental agreement entered into between the parties via the website of the company used to complete the reservation, as well as its affiliate sites.
BOOKING POLICIES
* Stays of 3 weeks or more require professional cleanings every 2 weeks. There is an additional charge per cleaning per home/unit, which will be collected after the reservation is confirmed as booked.
* Reservation cancellations: As per booking website. We do not offer refunds beyond those outlined in the cancellation policy on the booking website.
* Reservation changes: we take changes only at our discretion, and may charge a change fee.
* Host collects a refundable $750 security deposit (Airbnb excepted), which is refunded (less damages/policy violations) within 14 days after departure.
HOUSE RULES + EXTRA CHARGES
* No smoking (anything). Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction, forfeiture of rent, security deposit, and $250 fee for odor removal.
* No parties/events/gatherings. Only the people listed at the time of booking are allowed to be on the property without prior written permission. Reservation may not be sublet. Unauthorized parties/events/gatherings will result in immediate eviction, forfeiture of rent, security deposit, and extra charges for deep cleaning and damages.
* 1 small dog (under 30lbs) allowed with $150 pet fee. For more or larger dogs, or stays longer than 1 week, please inquire. There will be additional fees if approved. Dogs are not allowed in beds or on furniture, and guests are responsible for removing all waste from the property on departure
* Quiet hours are 10pm-8am. Noise complaints from neighbors at any hour will result in $300 charge per complaint, eviction after second complaint.
* No using fireplace(s) unless explicitly stated as OK in the Renter's Guide, or burning anything inside or outside the home, including candles and incense. Doing so will result in $150 charge, plus any damages caused.
* Do not move any of the furniture or décor. Extra charge of $250 applies for violation, plus any damages.
* Guests are responsible for following garbage protocol outlined in Renter's Guide. Not putting bins out for collection, putting waste in the incorrect bins resulting in the city not collecting, or leaving excess garbage in this home will result in $50 for each violation.
* Guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the home during their stay. Excess mess within the home beyond reasonable use will result in $75 charge per extra hour required to return the home to the condition it was in upon your arrival. (The pre-paid cleaning fee covers 3 hours of our cleaners' time.)
* Guests must return all keys, parking passes, garage remotes etc that were provided at the start of their stay, and will be charged for the cost of replacement if not returned. Cost varies depending upon the type of item, but ranges between $100 and $250
* In the event personal belongings are left behind and our staff need to coordinate their return to you, a $40 processing fee will apply, plus any shipping costs.
